The goal of Tikkurila's investor relations activity is to support the creation of fair valuation of Tikkurila's share through timely communication of relevant, understandable, reliable and comparable information, so that capital market participants can form a fact-based and balanced view of Tikkurila as an investment.
Tikkurila observes a silent period of 30 days before it publishes financial statements release, half-year report and business reviews.
During the silent period Tikkurila's spokespersons are not available for meetings with capital market representatives and may not discuss Tikkurila's performance or market development.
Tikkurila's disclosure policy has been adopted by the Board of Directors of Tikkurila Oyj (including any of its group companies, “Tikkurila” or the “Company”) to apply as of 3 July 2016. It describes the general principles that Tikkurila adheres to in its communication with capital market participants and other stakeholders. In addition, it defines the responsibilities relating to communications and investor relations.
